Our Story

Sunmare is a family owned and operated business, which was formally incorporated in 2012. It traces its roots back to the early 2000s, starting as a renovation company flipping homes and bringing them to 21st century style. Presently we continue working on renovations, while at the same time developing our own projects. Over the years Sunmare has earned recognition as one of the most respected privately owned developing firms in the area, specializing in the residential sector with a contemporary and minimalistic style.
